1. Introduction
Lipa Mdogo Mdogo is a flexible payment arrangement that allows customers to acquire goods through installment payments.
2. Eligibility
Customers must provide accurate personal information including phone number and username. They must also show the ability to complete required payments within the agreed time.
3. Product Ownership
All products remain the property of the seller until full payment is completed.
4. Payment Terms
Payments may be made via Cash or M-Pesa. Installments can be made at any time, but the full agreed price must be paid.
5. Records
All payments and refunds are recorded in the system. Customers should retain payment confirmations.
6. Product Release
Products are released only after full payment. Once released, ownership transfers to the customer.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to amounts already paid and are subject to approval. No refunds after product release. Deduction fee may apply for upto 20% of total amount paid as at the time of refund.
